Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Stand Up paddle boarding or SUP for short can be sub-divided into three disciplines all offered at Dabulamanzi.

1. SUP Racing

SUP racing: the last Saturday of every month sees scores of SUPpers gathering on the water for a 5km race around the dam.

2. SUP for pleasure

Renting a board and meandering around the dam is a perfect way to spend an hour or two. It's soothing and energizing at the same time, and gives you a great core workout! Contact Chris Couve (079 516 4944) or visit SUPfitness for more.

3. SUP Yoga
