Stand Up Paddling

What is Stand-Up Paddling?
Stand-up paddling, also known as SUP, is a dynamic water sport that combines balance, strength, and exploration. Participants stand on a specially designed paddleboard and use a paddle to navigate through the water. It’s an incredible way to immerse yourself in nature, get a full-body workout, and have a whole lot of fun!
